IFC is traditionally participating of MAKS airshow since the very beginning. This time we have mostly concentrated on Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100 program, new placements, leasing solutions and project financing.
We have signed the agreements on long-term financing of our Russian and export leases (including Cuba) with leading Russian banks: VTB (foreign trade bank) and Roseximbank (export credits provider, part of VEB group).
There have been a number of very important meetings on SSJ-100 with airlines from the Balkans, Middle East, South-East Asia and Russia of course. We see a definite interest to complex and flexible solutions, which would allow carriers to start with ACMI (through our partner Red Wings airline with SSJs in its fleet), get prepared to flawless entry into service (EIS) and then proceed with long-term operating leases.
We appreciate great support rendered by our partners from United Aircraft Corp., Trade and Industry Ministry and Sukhoi and believe to move ahead together to offer better airplanes, aftersale and financial services.
