A new development strategy of JSC «Ilyushin Finance Co» (IFС) has been approved
A new development strategy of JSC «Ilyushin Finance Co» (IFС) has been approved: remarketing of domestic aircraft becomes the main activity of IFC.
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of IFKC held on June 22, 2021, a new development strategy of IFKC was approved.
According to the adopted development strategy, the main activity of IFC will be the formation of a secondary market of domestic aircraft. IFC plans to purchase aircraft from the market, previously produced by the enterprises of the PJSC «UAC» group (UAC) after the end of the first lease period, with the aim of their modernization, repair and subsequent placement on the market. The implementation of the adopted strategy will increase the attractiveness of civil aircraft manufactured by UAC by confirming their residual value and, as a result, expand the sales markets of new modern Russian aircraft, such as the MS-21 and SSJ.
