Court decision in case A40-302805/2018
The Ninth Court of Appeal on 16.06.2020 confirmed the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, which on 17.12.2019 completely refused to satisfy the claims of JSC "AK "Transaero" to recover from the subsidiary of IFC - LLC "IFC Asset Management" unjustified enrichment under leasing agreements of two Tu-204 aircraft in the amount of 9.4 million US dollars (case no. A40-302805/2018).
