JSC “Ilyushin Finance Co.” (JSC IFC) has proved the groundlessness of all claims from the side of Transaero Airlines, which is in the bankruptcy stage.
Thus, at the end of November 2020, the 9th Arbitration Court, in response to the complaint of Transaero, left unchanged the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court in the case A40-304376/2019, which JSC Transaero completely refused to satisfy the claims for the recovery of 1.15 billion rubles from the IFC.
This is the third of Transaero's claims, which the airline filed against IFC and its subsidiary LLC “IFC Asset Management”. The total amount of claims for all three claims amounted to more than 2.5 billion rubles. Based on the results of consideration of each of them, in all judicial instances, court decisions were made on the complete rejection of the stated claims.
Earlier, IFC also removed the issue with Transaero's claim for declaring IFC bankrupt: the claims in the amount of 35 million rubles were fully repaid.
