Ilyushin Finance leasing company (IFC) and Severstal airline (belongs to unanimous Russian steel and mining corporation) have signed an agreement on basic terms of six Superjet-100 delivery under the 12 year financial lease.
The aircraft are RRJ-95B-100 modification (100 seats convertible to 93 economy and 8 business-class) and will be delivered in 2018 – 2022. This deal is being implemented under the broader agreement between IFC and the OEM – Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Corp. (SCAC) on Superjet deliveries signed in 2014 on the sidelines of Farnborough airshow.
